Colby Kinkade

Mentor/Direct Support Professional

Colby has a BS in Business with a Minor in Economics. Before joining The Opportunity Club Colby previously worked as a Behavior Technician, a Job Coach and a Direct Support Professional. Some of Colby’s hobbies include hiking, yoga, video games, spending time with friends/family and enjoying the company of his two destructive ungrateful cats.

Ravyn Sperl

Mentor/Direct Support Professional

Ravyn is a perfect fit for a Direct Support Professional because she loves learning from others and supporting individuals in taking the next step to love and take care of themselves. She considers herself a bubbly, caring, respectful person, and her hobbies include running, reading, and writing. Ravyn’s background in the military and with occupations that involved manual labor have contributed to her resiliency and continual pursuit of becoming the best version of herself.

Breona Diamond

Mentor/Direct Support Professional

Breona has always had a passion for working alongside individuals with diagnosed developmental disabilities. Breona describes herself as a loving, understanding, and caring person who enjoys contributing to the success of others and making sure everyone is respected and treated equally.

Danielle Adams

Housing Specialist/ Health Care Advocate

Danielle is a Community Health Bachelor’s graduate with highest honors and special coursework in Native American culture. She has over 6 years management experience and over 5 years working in the community health field as an expert in Medicaid health care. She specializes in working with diverse populations, individuals experiencing homelessness and mental health conditions. Some of her other favorite things are her cat “Lula May,” being outside in nature, and her large plant collection.

Portia Neth

Mentor/Direct Support Professional

Portia joins The Opportunity Club with a joy and passion for this type of work that was inspired by her younger brother who experiences a diagnosed disability. Portia has a love for the outdoors, her hobbies include dirt biking, snowboarding, car racing, and cliff diving. With previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional within group home settings she is excited to support individuals who live independently in living their best life and exploring their communities.

Sarah Field

Mentor/Direct Support Professional

Sarah has a passion for helping others and has been doing so for years. Much of Sarah’s time has been spent with horses where she volunteered for years and fell in love with equine therapy. Sarah’s time working as a substitute teacher for a local school district concreted Sarah’s ability to inspire others. Some of Sarah’s favorite activities are spending time with her husband and kids, and photographing nature and family.

Shane Eschman

Mentor/Direct Support Professional

Shane joined The Opportunity Club with 8 years of experience as a stay at home dad and 15 years of experience as a “granite and marble guy.” Shane’s mission is to give back to his community, and to earn his BA in Psychology and Addictions. Hiking, volleyball, and camping are some of Shane’s favorite things. And a cool fact- he’s a grandpa!

Jaime Fernandez

Mentor/Direct Support Professional

Jaime has a BA in Spanish Studies and Social Work from Portland State University. Prior to The Opportunity Club Jaime was a manager at O’Reilly Auto Parts. Jaime is passionate about sports, and feels being a mentor is a rewarding career.

Leah Tanous

Agency Director

Leah has a BA in Health Sciences and a Minors degree in Psychology. Prior to becoming The Opportunity Club’s Director, Leah worked as a Mentor for another local agency, and as an Early Learning Center’s Director. Leah is passionate about supporting and assisting our clients and staff to live the best lives possible. Some of Leah’s hobbies include photography, reading, yoga, and art. This agency has been a dream come true, and Leah is thankful for the support of her wife, daughter, friends, three dogs, and cat.
