Direct Support Professionals:
This role involves supporting adults with diagnosed developmental disabilities to live independently in their home and promote community inclusion. This position involves teaching, modeling, encouraging skill development, and healthy social behaviors. Direct Support Professionals assist our clients in navigating resources, and in working towards their goals as described in their Individual Support Plan.
*We internally promote Direct Support Professionals to become Employment Specialists.
Employment Specialists:
Utilize your professionalism and talents to support clients in applying, securing, and maintaining meaningful employment within the Portland Northwest. Our employment specialists work alongside clients to build connections with their employers and coworkers that are strong and resilient.
