As we move through the summer, July was a month of growth and recognition, a time to say goodbye to familiar faces and welcome new additions here at TOC! From continuing our training to enhance our vital support to our community to strengthening policies to create a unified workplace, July has been a big month. Let’s take a moment to reflect on the achievements and updates of our team:

We said a warm goodbye to DSP Alina as she progressed her goals in housing security for our community and we look forward to working with her more in the future! We threw a wonderful party at Buster’s BBQ to wish her well and celebrate her contributions to this company;
We also had the pleasure of welcoming Tylar Hewlett to the team! We look forward to seeing the love they bring to this community;
Our team soaked up the summer love by going to sports games, enjoying the nature of beautiful Oregon destinations, and achieving bucket-list goals! Join us next month for more updates on celebrations, team shout-outs, and TOC news! We’ll see you on the next one 😉
